Plant workshops for children moving through hard seasons - a treatment schedule, missing someone they love, a parent who is sick. We bring facilitated nature time to wherever your kids are, alongside the adults who care for them: quiet time with living things, something to tend and watch grow.

As a former Kindergarten teacher, working with children is my passion. I have countless nature activities ready to go, let me know what your group needs and we can plan together!

Why plants help

A plant does not need a child to be brave, or cheerful, or ready to talk about anything. It just needs water and light, and it offers a small piece of ordinary life in a season that is anything but ordinary.

Tending something small gives a child a job that is entirely theirs - a thing to check on, a thing that keeps growing between visits, a reason to look forward. Time with plants and nature is a well-documented source of calm, and the little pot or craft that goes home is something to be proud of.

We plan with you!

We plan every session with you first. Tell us what kind of season your kids are in - a hospital stay, a grief group, a classroom holding something heavy - and we will shape the workshop around them, including the pacing, the plants, and the words we use.

Your adults stay in the room

Every session is planned with you first and facilitated with familiar grown-ups present. We are an extra pair of green hands, never a substitute for the people a child trusts.

We adapt to fit your needs.

Tired bodies, short attention spans, or heavy days—all are welcome. We offer comfortable seated crafting and participation is always optional, to ensure everyone feels at ease.

We keep our space safe, clean, and gentle for everyone. Our workshops feature non-toxic plant choices, soil-free options for immunocompromised individuals, and no sudden scents.

Pick from vibrant petals, fresh leaves, and colorful blossoms to build your very own wearable masterpiece. Simple creative fun for all ages.

Fairy Gardens

A quiet world of comfort and play.

Children craft their own tiny miniature garden complete with small plants, moss, pebbles, and whimsical fairy or dino accents. Designed to be a soothing, low-pressure space where kids can take a break, spark their imagination, and build a comforting little world of their own to take home.

Egg Carton Seedlings

Little gardens, big discoveries.

A fun, hands-on activity where kids color and decorate recycled egg cartons, spoon soil, and plant easy-to-grow seeds. They’ll also craft a custom seed stake to label their plant before taking their mini window-sill nursery home!
